  • ?Current months' worth of pay stubs
  • ?2 years’ most recent W2s and 1099s
  • ?2 years’ most recent personal federal tax returns
  • ?2 years’ most recent corporate tax returns for any corporations in which you have 25% or greater ownership
  • ?Most recent 2 months' bank statements
